Formatted Views

Throughout Translation Editor, you draft your translations in “WYSIWYG” (what you see is what you get) views. Instead of entering standard format markers (e.g. \v \c), you apply built-in styles to tell Translation Editor what each part of the translation is. Each style has customizable format properties which control how text with that style is displayed.

The Quoted Text style has been applied to part of verse 23, and is shown in bold and italic according to its format properties.

You can print directly from any view to produce a draft print-out. Some views are specially oriented towards printing such as the Print Layout View (basic header & footer provided), Correction Printout (as above but double-spaced for writing notes) and Trial Publication (as above but with two columns.)
