Demo Movies

The Demo Movies demonstrate many of the features of Language Explorer (FLEx). They were made with stable release FieldWorks 6.0, so do not contain the latest developments in FieldWorks 7.0, such as the new Notebook area in FLEx.

To install the movies download the appropriate movie package and follow the instructions.

For FieldWorks 7.0

1. Download the movies package (206 MB).
2. Double-click the msi file you downloaded.
3. A progress bar appears, showing the progress of the installation.

For FieldWorks 6.0.x

1. Download one of the FieldWorks 6.0.x installation packages. Note where you save the file to.
2. Double-click on the exe file you downloaded. After it extracts files, the first installation screen appears. Proceed with step 3 before clicking OK!
3. Download the movies package FLEx_M.cab (205 MB). Copy or save this file into the FieldWorks subfolder inside the temporary folder created in step 2. This will be within the location you noted in step 1.
4. Proceed with the FieldWorks installation.

These movies require Flash Player 10.
